From a high-altitude, north-facing vineyard. We usually vinify Pinot Noir as a rosé, but in particularly fortunate vintages, we reserve a small quantity of must to be vinified as a white wine. These are often powerful, vibrant wines that require extended aging on the lees to fully express themselves. As is often the case, patience is key. Even with Pinot Noir, one can sense a familiar, "home-grown" character.
